EVERYONE is growing!

Not only is little Leilah getting bigger...look how grown up this girl is! Mya just turned 5 this last week. I can't believe how grown up she, Vanessa, and Isabel are. It makes me want to be sure I treasure every little moment with Leilah. I don't want to miss anything, before I know it she'll be as big as these little ladies!

Our Past Month

This past month has flown by. I am finally putting up Leilah's one month picture, but as you will be able to see in the other pictures, she is already looking so much older! I'm not very good at putting pictures on here yet, but I'll try to put them in order from youngest to oldest!

Our little Leilah bug is growing up already! Look how big she looks in these pictures. She has started talking and smiling all the time...Shawn finally caught a picture of one!

In these colors she looks a little like a boy. We caught these right after she woke up in the morning and she wasn't really ready for pictures, but she is still so beautiful no matter what she's wearing!

Introducing Leilah Noelle

Boy oh boy am I behind on all of our wonderful news! Our sweet precious baby was born on tuesday February second at 6:40 am. She weighed in at 6 lbs 4 oz and was 20 1/2 in long. Her name is Leilah Noelle. We have all been doing great and love being home together. It is wonderful that Shawn gets this time off of work to be with us. I don't know what I'd do without him while I'm learning the ins and outs of motherhood. We took her in to the pediatrician when she was about 3 1/2 weeks old and she is growing wonderfully! Her current measurements are:

Weight : 7 lbs 11 oz - 45%

Length: 21 in - 50%

Head: 13in - 3%

This is her just after she was born and we'll do a picture with the same ball each month. I've seen lots of people do this with stuffed animals...but we decided a football really could show everyone her true size! So expect a new one month picture soon since that's where she is today!

I know. I know. We are slacking. It's been a whole year since I have posted anything, but hey, at least our background is meant for the fall! So, what have we been up to? SO MUCH! We are both staying as busy as ever. I am working two part time jobs and going to school full time, and Shawn has taken the semester off as he has found a wonderful job that has blessed us so much. Not to mention, he works with his best friend, so he loves it. And now for the late, biggest of big news, that all of you probably know about already...but...we're having a baby! I say you all probably know already because I'm 26 weeks in! I'm feeling great and can't wait to meet our little girl! Here are some of her cute pictures:

We Think she is beautiful already. Being prego has been so much fun. I love feeling her move all over everyday. We can even sit now and watch my belly jump all over the place. what a blessing.

Our next big news is that we bought a condo! We love it and are still setting up, so I will post better pictures later, but here are a couple:

Life is going great. We are so happy and so in love...maybe I'll start posting a little more now!

Oh yeah, and that cute little brand new baby from our last lost post? Well she is almost one now! I can't believe it!

The biggest pizza I've ever seen!!!

Can you believe that pizza! 8 pounds! The equivalent to four and a half large pizzas. The challenge at Fat Boy's Pizza is to have two people eat in in one hour! Nadine and Daniel did so well!

But didn't quite make it!

Good try guys. Shawn was determined to complete it, but I think this might have scared him away a little bit. I'll keep you up to date if he decides to attempt it.

Halloween

Our Getaway!

We were able to get away for a little while over last weekend. We went to Utah To see Cassie and Jacob for Cassie's baby shower. It was also our one year anniversary. Shawn was able to go with Jacob to the BYU football game, and I got to see my great friend Jamie and her beautiful new baby! Here are some of the many pictures of our trip!

As our trip was coming to an end on our anniversary, we recieved a phone call that Jacob's broke down half way to Idaho. So we extended our trip to pick up Jacob, Cassie, and Marisa, and their car full of stuff and drive them to Idaho. We stayed up there for a few days so that we could help them find a car. We couldn't leave prego Cassie, about to burst, up there without a car! We had so much fun spending time with them!
